• Fee Structure

  Vsmart fee structure for selling on the website can be changed based on the category of the products. • Prohibited Items

  Seller should strictly follow the list of Prohibited items and avoid uploading or publishing in the Vsmart website for the products as mentioned in the table. • Return & Refund Policy

  Sellers on Vsmart must always accept returns receiving by Vsmart fulfillment center within 14 days of the date of shipping for failed delivery / doorstep rejections by the customers. The return policy depends on the categories, as stated below, after successful distribution to the relevant customers. Click above title for more details.
